PRTR Partners with Bangkok University to Drive Future-Ready Talent through Project-Based Learning

28 May 2025

As part of our commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent, PRTR Group Public Company Limited recently collaborated with the Faculty of Business Administration at Bangkok University to deliver a hands-on learning experience through the “Project-Based Learning” initiative.

This program was designed to equip Gen Z students with practical skills by solving real-world business challenges. Participants had the opportunity to engage in strategic thinking, management problem-solving, and creative decision-making — essential capabilities for success in the modern workforce.

The initiative recently culminated in a final round of presentations, where three outstanding student teams showcased their projects to a panel of executives from PRTR, including Ms. Narita Adulkkaewphaluk, Senior Vice President of Corporate Administration, Mr. Pakkapong Rattanaprapai, Senior Vice President of Business Operations, and Mr. Arnat Tamnoraset, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing. The winning teams were awarded cash prizes of THB 7,000 for first place, THB 4,000 for first runner-up, and THB 3,000 for second runner-up. The final round took place at Bangkok University’s Pongtip 1C2 Conference Hall.

Ms. Narita shared:

“This initiative reflects a seamless integration between academia and the private sector. By sharing real-world experience from a leading Total HR Solutions provider like PRTR, we’re helping students build a strong foundation to confidently step into the workforce and become key contributors to Thailand’s future.”

We are proud to support this meaningful collaboration and remain committed to empowering the next generation of professionals with real-world learning and future-ready skills.
