PRTR Continues Knowledge Sharing, Empowering Future Leaders in KH Camp for Next C-Suite

PRTR is delighted to be part of KH Camp for Next C-Suite for the second consecutive year, a camp that provides students with opportunities to learn from real executives' direct experiences. We had the opportunity to share knowledge for 2 full-packed days.
On the first day, Niran Seechaingsa (AVP - Outsourcing Recruitment Services) and Pongsaton Jivaganont (Recruitment Manager) shared insightful techniques on how to write compelling resumes, interview preparation methods, and the skills that organizations are currently seeking.
The knowledge sharing concluded with insights from The Blacksmith executive on day 2, where Jariya Boonpitaksathit (SVP - Training Services, The Blacksmith) delivered valuable leadership knowledge on Winning Mindset and understanding people through DISC behavioral patterns.
Our participation in this program for the second consecutive year demonstrates our continued commitment to developing future leaders and supporting education. We hope that the content from these 2 days will help prepare students to become outstanding leaders in the future and benefit their potential development as they step into the working world.
