Message from Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

In a rapidly changing business world with relentless technological advancements, one factor remains the most crucial for success: "people." This refers not merely to the number of people an organization employs, but to their quality, capabilities, and readiness to drive the organization forward. Thus, 2025 marks another significant year for PRTR Group Public Company Limited ("PRTR") in reaffirming our role as an organization that has always believed that personnel are the heart of business growth.

PRTR has been operating for over 32 years and is entering its third year as a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. From its inception as a recruitment service provider, the PRTR Group has continuously developed its organization to become a leader in Total HR Solutions, encompassing employee recruitment (Recruitment), staff outsourcing (Staff Outsourcing), the development of human capital management software solutions (Human Capital Management Software) under the PINNO brand, leadership and personnel skill development (Integrated Learning Services) under THE BLACKSMITH brand, as well as an online job search platform. All of these are designed to meet the needs of organizations in all dimensions of human resource management.

Throughout the past year, the business world continued to face multifaceted challenges, including economic volatility, geopolitical uncertainties, labor shortages, and rapid technological changes. PRTR therefore focuses on implementing strategies with prudence, agility, and constant adaptability to help client organizations effectively manage their human resources and achieve stable long-term growth.

Outsourcing and Recruitment businesses remain a crucial foundation for PRTR in helping organizations enhance flexibility, reduce cost burdens, and effectively manage human resources. However, PRTR's role today extends beyond traditional personnel provision; it has evolved to become a Strategic Partner who jointly develop “human potential” through the concepts of Reskill and Upskill to enable personnel to meet ever-changing business demands.

Concurrently, the Company has integrated AI technology to support work processes, from recruitment and screening to human resource management, to enhance efficiency, reduce working time, and systematically address labor shortages. This reflects PRTR's commitment to combining the power of "technology" and "human potential" to deliver maximum benefits to all organizations.

In 2025, the Company pursued an aggressive growth strategy by acquiring Biz Resource Company Limited, a provider of corporate drivers and cleaning staff, to enhance the comprehensiveness and specialized capabilities of its outsourcing services. This synergy marks a significant step towards strengthening and increasing future business opportunities.

Meanwhile, the Company's new businesses continue to grow, including PINNO software, which effectively penetrates the small and medium-sized business segment and is ready to expand into the large enterprise market. Additionally, the growth of online and offline training services under THE BLACKSMITH brand has been strong, driven by the demand from organizations that prioritize developing new skills, especially digital and technology skills, which are crucial for the future workforce.

Throughout 2025, the Company focused on strengthening its core businesses while enhancing operational efficiency in all dimensions under the concept of Quality Growth. This involved prioritizing prudent cost management, improving the effectiveness of work processes, and utilizing technology to support business operations, thereby reinforcing long-term competitiveness.

Despite challenging economic and employment environments, the Company has maintained the strength of its core businesses, particularly the Outsourcing business group, which remains a crucial foundation for ensuring the Company's continuity and stability. Concurrently, the Company has accelerated the adjustment of its strategies in the Recruitment business to align with the evolving labor market trends, in order to accommodate customer demands in industries with high growth potential.

The Company continues to maintain strong financial health and efficiently manage cash flow to support strategic investments and future business expansion. Therefore, the Board of Directors resolved to propose to the Shareholders' Meeting for approval the payment of a dividend from operating results totaling 180 million Baht, or 0.30 Baht per share, in 2026. This reflects the Company's commitment to generating appropriate returns for shareholders while maintaining stability and readiness for sustainable growth.

This commitment is also reflected in achievements in corporate governance, corporate oversight, and sustainable business operations, for which the Company has received recognition through significant national and international awards and certifications. Examples include a 5-star CGR assessment rating and an "Excellent" AGM Checklist assessment rating for three consecutive years. In the past year 2025, the Company received the Best Investor Relations Awards from SET Awards 2025 and an SET ESG Ratings score of A, as well as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 29110 certifications. All of these attest to PRTR's dedication to building a stable and growing organization, coupled with its responsibility towards society and the environment.

Finally, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, we extend our gratitude to all customers, employees, shareholders, and business partners who have been part of PRTR's journey. We remain committed to our belief that human development is the most important investment for an organization. and will continue to create value for the Thai labor market and the national economy in the long term.
