PRTR Group Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries are committed to managing the supply chain efficiently under the principles of good corporate governance. The Company places strong emphasis on Sustainable Procurement and Green Procurement to create shared value for suppliers, customers, and all stakeholders while minimizing environmental impacts and promoting sustainable growth.
Supplier Management Approach
The Company has established criteria for identifying and classifying critical suppliers based on procurement value, business criticality, supply availability, and the uniqueness of products or services. This approach enables the Company to effectively manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and mitigate supply chain risks.
In 2025, the Company had a total of 162 suppliers, comprising:
- 5 Critical Tier 1 Suppliers
- 1 Critical Non-Tier 1 Supplier
ESG Risk Assessment and Management
The Company assesses supplier risks across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions through both ESG Self-Assessments and On-site Assessments. These evaluations help ensure that suppliers comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as standards relating to human rights, labor practices, environmental management, and corporate governance.
The 2025 assessment results indicated that none of the Company's five Critical Tier 1 Suppliers were identified as having significant ESG risks. In addition, the Company successfully completed supplier assessments for 100% of its Critical Tier 1 Suppliers in accordance with its annual assessment plan.
Promoting Sustainable Development Throughout the Supply Chain
The Company utilizes ESG assessment results to engage with suppliers, exchange feedback, and encourage the adoption of sustainable business practices aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Through continuous collaboration and knowledge sharing, the Company supports suppliers in enhancing their operational standards and jointly building a transparent, responsible, and sustainable supply chain.
